Horsepower Video or DVD "Horsepower" (Video or DVD) is an academic look at superficial equine muscular anatomy and function designed specifically for students of equine massage. While teaching her classes, Marleigh would draw the superficial muscles on her grey mare, Pebert, so her students could easily visualize the muscle placement. Inspired by the students, in 1996, Marleigh decided to make a video using this teaching model. With the help of Qmmunication Technologies, Tim Weise Video Productions, and the non-stop support of family and friends, Horsepower became a finished product in 1999. In the first half of the video students are taken step by step through the placement and function of the muscles using a live horse as a coloring model.
